Closure will occur for one of three reasons: 'hitting' our suggested MAX STOP or Target EXIT price during a trading session, expiration of the contract due to erosion of time, or dissolution of the contract due to merger, acquisition, de-listing or other factor that would cause the stock and/or option contract to be altered or cease to exist. Closed reflects the date that we ceased coverage due to one of these three factors.
